Jazz up your beef roast with Mezzetta Pepperoncini Peppers for a festive Holiday Dish
45 lbs Beef Roast-chuck or round
1 Packet of dry ranch dressing
1 Packet of dry Au Jus, Brown Gravy, Onion soup mix
1 stick Unsalted Butter
58 Mezzetta pepperoncini peppers
Pepperoncini pepper juice

*Place Roast in Crock Pot
*Add dry packets
*Place stick of butter on top of Roast
*Add 5-8 (or however many you want) Mezzetta Pepperoncini Peppers around the roast
*Add pepperoncini juice....as much as you want
*Cook on low for 6-8hrs or on high if using frozen meat
*Garnish with Fresh Rosemary for a festive holiday dish!
I served with Maple Glazed Carrots and Mashed Potatoes
