Christmas in the Kitchen - Truemans Treasures

Hi Friends! I wanted to share with you some Christmas inspiration for the kitchen. This year, I went more neutral than I have in the past. And I added blush pink…..my all-time favorite color. I’ve been inspired by the French Country Style, lately and I’m pretty sure that is where my style is gravitating towards….and I am loving it!

Let’s get into the kitchen….

I am loving all things copper these days. And my copper pots actually came from France! I made the felt leaf wreath after seeing a similar (and very expensive) one online.

Here’s a view from our Dining Space. I love the contrast of the black island with the white cabinets. I added some greens and a small tree. And of course, a wreath, on the pantry door. The laundry room door gets a wreath too.

I added this black tray to hold some goodies: some of our everyday dishes, ornaments, pinecones, a gold bell, one of my favorite candles, and a cute dish towel. The small tree fit perfectly in the French pitcher.

One of my favorite places to switch out seasonal décor is our kitchen shelves. I added a small tree in an urn, another small tree on a mini cake stand, and a piece of garland with twinkle lights. The white houses, I’ve had for a couple of years…I placed them on cupcake stands to give more height.

Here’s another look from the dining space. I added a bunch of greens to this dough bowl, along with, ornaments and pinecones.

The copper just makes our kitchen so cozy.

Man, I love it when my kitchen is this clean….unfortunately, it’s not very often. 😂

I tried something a little different with my real cedar garland. I was inspired by Christine @_forthehome and her post where she used a garland on her island with candles and I had to do the same. I just love it! Check out her post here.
